Some selfare today. Seaweed gooey mask and a hot bath with bath salts.
I got to relax for a good 20 minutes.

I’ve got myself a much needed pair of booties.

My breakfast this morning is a not so delightful oatmeal. It’s not my favorite, but it’s very healthy. My high cholesterol is getting a nice kick in the pants.
The good thing. For me, are the slices of banana and blueberries.
But, best of all…coffee!

I ate one of these today. Was so good I was having flashbacks of my childhood in Portugal where the fruit was picked from the tree and eaten right there.

Today, I am wearing a pretty necklace that was given to me for Christmas. I like it very much. It was bought at one of the many vendors at Union Square in New York City.

Today I did a silly thing at work that I’d like to share.
